O girl, you act so frisky...
O girl, you act so frisky
In this lethargic town,
You must have had some whiskey,
You must have walked around
These streets that lead me nowhere,
These streets that crush me so,
O girl, your eyes are laughing,
They're daring me to go,
To take this aimless journey
With nothing as our guide,
Except the moon that's playing
Upon your hair tonight.
O girl, you act so frisky,
I know just what to do--
I'll write this silly poem
And show it to you.
