Beautiful poem, Teresa. I see
you got old Gilbert jealous. :) Mathematics and jealousy don't
mix very well. Let him stick to what he knows best: redneck
poems about Bubba, war stories, and spreading false rumors
about others. As Albert Einstein said: "Great spirits have
always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds."
Your poem reminds me of e.e. cummings who wrote:
now i
love you and you love me (and books are shutter than
books can be) and deep in the high that does nothing
but fall (with a shout each around we go all)
there's somebody calling who's we
we're everything
brighter than even the sun (we're everything greater
than books might mean) we're everyanything more
than believe (with a spin leap alive we're alive)
we're wonderful one times one
You've shown me what
it means to be alive. Love, Alex |

On the horizon she does appear,
during the sunrise and as the sunsets. But during the

to wonder why would be to linger in time itself, visit worlds
undiscovered. So I explore. Lovely little math piece, shows
affection about sum, I mean some(one) or maybe sum(two). Maybe
I'm not a good mathematician. hugs G |
