Fat Women and Their Deranged Men

          (for Sybil)

Some women love too much
and they love to eat and mother
the world,
and some men never grow up,
as they love to be little
babies,
pampered by the unconditional
motherly love of these
fat overprotective women,
no matter what these men do,
they are just lovable little
children
in these women's eyes,
as they continue eating
and burying themselves in
their make-believe world.

And they are happy, I suppose,
in their illusions of happiness,
while their men live in their
fantasy world,
acting out all sorts of childish
pranks
because they know that mama
will always love her baby
and tuck him in at bedtime.
